On our own building projects the purchase contracts will be issued in your own language.
We are also collaborating with several other constructors and most of them can offer the same, but there are a few exemptions.
All resale purchase contracts are in the clients own language.
In the areas outside of Torrevieja all purchase contracts are to be signed directly between the client and the building company. Most of these contracts are issued in Spanish together with a translation in English. Some contracts are also translated into a Scandinavian language. If this is not the case, one of our staff will then assist in translating this contract verbally.
All the contracts are brought to EURO-ABOGADOS to be checked and approved. The result is then being given or sent the buyer in writing. This is a service free of charge to the client.
